Shipping
Orders are made and shipped on demand. Most orders arrive in about 7–14 days (production + shipping). Peak seasons can take longer.
- Processing: 2–5 business days (typical).
- Shipping: varies by destination and item.
- Address: double-check your shipping address before you pay—changes may not be possible after production starts.
Order updates
After checkout, you’ll receive email updates as your order moves into production and shipping.
Questions? Email us with the email you used at checkout and your Stripe receipt.
Returns
Because items are made on demand, we can’t accept returns for “changed my mind” sizing or color. But if something is wrong, we will help.
- We can fix: damaged item, wrong item, missing item, major print defect.
- What to send: clear photos + your order email.
- Time window: contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Order workflow (how it works)
- You choose an item + size and pay securely with Stripe.
- We send your order to our production partner (YOYcol) for fulfillment.
- When it ships, you’ll receive tracking updates by email.
- If there’s a problem, email us and we’ll make it right.
